Earthy textures like bagged brick and rammed earth ground this home within its semi-bush context in Eltham.
A long rammed-earth spine divides private and shared spaces, locating bedrooms to the south while a continuous skylight with exposed rafters spills light down the wall’s striated surface.
The rear living areas perch atop the sloped site, overlooking the new inground pool and views to the rugged bush landscape beyond.
The project began construction at the end of 2023.
